A new concept restaurant for Chef Shawn Pham in the downtown district of Little Tokyo. This 130m space tucked underneath a parking structure underwent full renovation creating three different dining experiences. The installation of a bespoke open kitchen allowed for guests to sit along the perimeter, experiencing and engaging with the kitchen. The restaurant also inlcuded more intimate dining space in a conservetry and a casual dining in the bar, while all co existing in one open space. All decorative lighting and joinery was bespoke to the project and a local artist added textural softness to the exposed original concrete structure.
